Diamante Cabo San Lucas:

Home to the famous Dunes Golf Course by Davis Love III (#38 in the world by Golf Magazine), I was honored to participate in the opening of Diamante’s second course, and the first course in the world by Tiger Woods Design.   The opening further established Diamante as a premier golf destination and generated tremendous interest in the property.  The year following the opening, I was able to guide our sales team to successfully capitalize on the attention and generate record-breaking sales results for the property.

Millennium Tower Boston:

This 60-story luxury high-rise is currently the tallest residential building in Boston and home to the most expensive condominium sold in the history of Boston.  I worked closely with executive leadership in the preliminary planning, product design and marketing for this iconic high-rise, and the property was able to achieve nearly $1,000,000,000 in pre- sales prior to opening.

Millennium Place Boston:

This mid-rise residential building achieved recognition as one of the fastest selling condominium projects in the history of Boston.  Completed in 2013, I contributed to the project from the preliminary sales planning through sell-out and completion.  A personal highlight of the project was the opening of a technology based sales gallery that was touted as the best Boston had seen and featured interactive client displays run on the custom software application we developed.

Millennium Tower San Francisco:

Upon completion in 2009, this 645′ high-rise was the tallest residential building west of the Mississippi and has been recognized as one of the “Top Residential Buildings in the World” by Worth Magazine. While early sales got off to a quick start, the project was faced with the challenging sales conditions resulting from the 2008/2009 financial crises.  Electing not to reducing pricing, I worked with the development team to redefine their sales process and focus on building brand value.  

Three direct outcomes of my efforts were (1) the creation of a custom CRM sales platform, (2) an award winning residential service program called La Vie and (3) an Asia sales distribution platform.  The CRM platform was built around a custom designed sales process and effectively integrated all aspects of the sales process (marketing, inventory and contracts), La Vie has been credited for setting a new standard in urban living and is incorporated into all future Millennium projects, and the Asia sales platform has resulted significant contributions to the sell-out of three properties.

Wyndham Vacation Ownership:

Wyndham Vacation Ownership is the world’s largest developer and operator of vacation ownership products and a division of the Wyndham Worldwide organization. With nearly 900,000 owners, Wyndham was seeking to develop a new brand that would appeal to their most affluent members, and I was hired as part of a small team to develop and launch the new business unit.  While the brand was never brought to market due to corporate restructuring, it provided an opportunity to develop a new luxury residential concept from the ground up.

Destination Club Partners:

As an industry leader in residential sales and marketing services, Destination Club Partners provided me the opportunity to work with developers on a variety of projects located throughout the U.S., Mexico and Europe.  While directing and overseeing sales teams in multiple locations, I was able to effectively develop and apply best practices across a diverse portfolio of properties that directly resulted in improved operations and accelerated sales.

Calistoga Ranch Napa Valley:

Tucked away in a hidden valley in the heart of Napa Valley, Calistoga Ranch has garnered numerous awards and is ranked as one of the “Top 100 Resorts in the World”.  While equally challenging and rewarding, the unique nature of the property presented numerous difficulties in achieving the developer’s vision and the project’s overall viability.  Perseverance and hard work overcame these obstacles and we were honored to receive the recognition of “Best of the Best” by Robb Report magazine shortly after opening.

St. Regis Resort Deer Valley:

Set at the base of the Deer Valley Ski Resort, this “Five Diamond” rated property is ranked as one of the “Top 100 Hotels in the U.S.” by U.S. News and Reports.   While working with multiple development teams, I was able to assist in the project design and product programming, complete the entitlement process and oversee sales and marketing operations under multiple brands.

Austria Haus Club Vail:

A pioneer in the Private Residence Club industry, the Austria Haus Club broke all previous records for sales price per square foot in Vail Village and quickly become a success story that inspired tremendous growth in the industry.   This mixed-use hotel and residence club has become a model for residence club development and I was proud to be one of the leading sales agents that contributed to the rapid sell-out.
